Job Description:
• Answer and forward phone calls and provide the information
• Handle and resolve customer complaints.
• Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle inquiries and complaints.
• Communicate and coordinate with internal departments.

• Record all the walk-in customers.

Responsibilities:
- Create and monitor a system of controls, procedures, and forms for the recordation of fixed assets.
- Recommend to management any updates to accounting policies related to fixed assets.
- Assign tag numbers to fixed assets.
- Record fixed asset acquisitions and dispositions in the accounting system.
- Calculate depreciation for all fixed assets.
- Conduct periodic physical inventory counts of fixed assets.
- Conduct analyses related to fixed assets as requested by management.

Requirements:
- At least 3 years’ experience in Fixed Asset
- Bachelor Degree in any
- Excellent in Communication Skills and Negotiation Skills

LOGISTIC OFFICER
Responsibilities:
- Track shipments and communicate with supplier about the package’s progress
- Coordinate shipping with agents for clearance on oversea deliveries
- Provide all documents support and compile carrier and route assignment
- Keep track of shipment payments and quotas
- Perform and implement all custom clearance activities such as follow up on shipment, documents transaction and day-to-day related activities in accordance with the objectives
- Suggesting plans and programs that strive to improve the effectiveness of the Custom Clearance
- Confirming vessels arrival time to Finance department for payment purposes and release payment requisition for shipments
- Guarantee availability of shipping documents prior to vessels arrival
- Coordinating with the Warehouse to ensure that copy of shipping documents has been forwarded to the warehouse for proper receiving
- Follow up shipments and documents with the freight forwarders and shipping lines

Requirements:
- At least 3 years’ experience in Custom Clearance

OPERATION MANAGER
Requirements :
• Responsible for the strategic and day to day delivery of Property Management Services to Vattanac Capital Tower
• Ensuring integrity, quality and customer experience retained at all times. This includes lease management, front of house services and customer relationship management
• Prepare and operate on yearly budgets; monitor and control expenses within agreed budgets
• Working with the engineering department prepare and propose improvement plans for aspects of the property and its facilities, including but not limited to cost effective operations from an end user point of view
• Management of retail and office property as well as related property
• Overseeing staff of leasing, customer relation, safety, security and cleaning
• Understanding safe work practices and familiarity with occupational health and safety requirements and legislation

Requirement :
• At least 5 years’ experience in commercial mixed use property management
• Excellent in communication skills
• Able to interact with a wide range of clients

ACCOUNTING MANAGER
Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing systems for collecting, analyzing, verifying and reporting financial information
- Checking and verifying the posting done by subordinators
- Bank reconciliation
- Confirms financial status by monitoring revenue and expenses
- Verify payment voucher before getting approval
- Review account receivable and follow up with customer when necessary
- Coordinating the collection, consolidation and evaluation of financial data
- Tax declaration
- Manage and control of internal operation and accounting system
- Maintains financial security by establishing internal controls
- Assist Finance & Admin Manager on annual budget preparation
